I’m Danielle, 22, studying Psychology at Baylor University. I can be the optimist or the pessimist, the realist or the idealist. Everything is relative.
Ecclesiastes 3:11 says “He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end.” I believe that fully – I see God’s workmanship everywhere, but I don’t pretend or expect to understand it.
I have the best family in the world. You know how when you’re little you think your dad is superman? Well don’t tell anyone, but mine really is : ) And my sisters are the kind you see in the movies – with them I can cry, I can laugh, I can cry because I’m laughing so hard (this is a frequent occurrence), and even better, I can always, always count on them.
I also managed to find some of the best friends a girl could ask for. Hi Lacey! : ) Date nights, heart-to-hearts, and 3 a.m. dance parties pretty much sum up our relationship! I am truly, truly blessed.
So I’m young, still learning, but there are a few things I do know for sure..
This is what I’ve come to find: Life is about experiencing the moments worth remembering, finding the things that make you happy, learning about yourself and those around you, valuing the relationships you establish, and meeting the people that will change your life. Love. Be loved. TAKE NOTHING FOR GRANTED.
